These advancements underscore the company's commitment to nurturing talent from within and enhancing its sales leadership team. Michael H. Nutt has been promoted to the position of VP-GM Sales & Advertising, Corp. Consolidated, & Furnace Group. In his new role, Nutt will continue to manage the Sales Team for all Inductotherm Corp.’s business as well as take on additional responsibility supporting the Inductotherm brand throughout all the Inductotherm Group companies around the world. Nutt has been with Inductotherm for over 35 years, starting his career in 1988 as a Field Service Engineer. Over the years, he has progressed through several key positions, contributing signi?cantly to the company’s success. Through his leadership, the Sales Department has consistently grown to exceed industry standards. Robert C. Keshecki has been promoted to Senior Director of Sales & Aftermarket. Keshecki has over 18 years with the company. He began his career as a Field Service Engineer and then quickly joined the Sales Team and has spent 17 years gaining experience spanning roles including District Manager, Director of International Sales, and his most recent position as Director of Sales & Business Development. Known for his innovative approach to sales strategies and dedication to customer satisfaction, Keshecki will continue to lead efforts in expanding Inductotherm Corp.’s market presence and driving business development opportunities. Michael P. Looby has been promoted to Director of Sales-USA. Looby brings 18 years of experience, including 2 years with the Service Department and 16 years in the Sales Department with great success as a District Manager. Many of those years have been dedicated to supporting various industry associations and affliations. With his exceptional track record in driving sales growth and building relationships, his extensive expertise will play a key role in strategizing and executing Inductotherm Corp.’s sales initiatives moving forward.
