Fully automatic PLC-controlled dewaxing autoclaves with integrated self-steam generation systems for the investment casting industry. Designed to ensure efficient, safe, and uniform wax removal while protecting ceramic shells from cracking through rapid steam transfer and controlled pressure release, the integrated steam generation system eliminates the need for an external boiler or steam tank and enables extremely fast pressure build-up, reaching up to 6 bar within 2–3 seconds. The system incorporates self-steam generation, rapid and homogeneous steam distribution, controlled pressure release with wax collection, and advanced PLC automation supported by user-friendly software. A bayonet door system with an enhanced safety locking mechanism ensures safe operation. The autoclaves can be manufactured in accordance with CE, ASME, or other international standards upon request.
