Core-Tech is a leading provider of precision ceramic cores for the investment casting industry. Core-Tech is ISO 9001:2008 certified, offering a variety of standard materials that provide a combination of good leachability and hot strength. They manufacture their ceramic cores in the following methods: injected, poured core and extruded processes. Their core bodies are designed to work with D/S S/C and equiax applications and are compatible with ferrous and non ferrous alloys. Core-Tech has developed a wax binder ceramic core system which offers shorter lead times, improved MOR strength, and reduced die wear. They also offer R&D support for special ceramic core projects.
